The most important project prepared and carried out by Toruń Regional Development Agency JSC. is the Technology Park in Toruń. It is a business space of shaping the culture of innovation, and promoting creativity among entrepreneurs. Currently, the biggest project is Data-Processing Exea Data Centre – the first such centre in Poland, designed from the very beginning to implement the information solutions of cloud computing (processing in the cloud).

The main objective of the network is to improve competitiveness as businesses and their potential to generate profits and jobs. Toruń Loan Guarantee Fund Ltd.

logo-tfpkToruń Loan Guarantee Fund Ltd. is an  Business Environment Institution supporting economic activity and counteracting unemployment. The aim of the company is to support local development through the provision of guarantees of loans for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and public benefit organizations. For the guarantee of loan may also apply start-ups.

In addition to a guarantee of loans, the Fund is advising on the financing of economic activity and organizes free training for entrepreneurs from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship.

For this purpose, are available various forms of support for employers, such as: assistance in attracting workers with sought-after qualifications, obtaining job offers and their dissemination, informing employers about the current situation and expected changes in the local labour market.

Industry and Trade Chamber in Toruń

logo-iphIndustry and Trade Chamber in Toruń is an organization of economic local government, that brings together companies from Toruń and Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship. It was founded in year 1989 and focuses approx. 200 companies from the region. It has regional branches in Włocławek and Rypin.

IPH is a member of the National Chamber of Commerce which associates over 140 chambers. The main objective of IPH in Toruń is to represent opinions of the economic environment to the authorities of local government and to shape economic policy in the region. Institution supports economic development and social dialogue. Consults and gives its opinion on legal solutions and participate in teams which improve and gives opinions on development strategies and other documents relevant to the development of entrepreneurship. Facilitates entrepreneurs access to innovative solutions.
