The sector of modern office space in regional markets entered in a distinct phase of development. This situation is due to a combination of factors. Regional economic centres are so strong and dynamic that provide opportunities for the development of local entrepreneurship and attracting foreign investors. This would not be possible without appropriate human resources and adequate facilities. The number of academic centres, as well as the high level of education constitute the strengths of regional cities. This causes the dynamic development of the shared services centres (SSC), business process outsource (BPO), information and communication technologies (ITO), as well as centres of research and development (R & D).
